(My lovely buyer Elle made this dress from this pattern, and I think it looks so original and authentic. Elle states it took three afternoons to complete and costs were: 3.75 metres viscose chalis £22.50 plus tiny self cover button frames, hooks and eyes for placket and charity shop belt and silk scarf approximately £4.00. “The dress is extremely comfortable to wear, especially in hot weather. I attribute this to a combination of the soft breathable viscose fabric and the loose flowing blouse fit of the sleeves and bodice”)
